Cancellation Fees

Our photographers accept a limited number of photo sessions throughout the day to ensure that they can deliver high-quality edited images fast. Photo sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged a $65 cancellation fee. If for some reason the photographer cannot access the home or you (Client) cancels the photo appointment at the time of the session, your photographer reserves the right to charge the total price of the photo session.

Cancellation fees do not apply to cancellations due to poor weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies.

Home Preparation and session time constraints

Houses must be photo-ready before our arrival. It is the Client's responsibility to have the property ready for the photo session before the appointment. The photographer will adjust minor things such as window coverings, pillows, or blinds deemed necessary to better capture the scene(s) as long as time allows. We have put together a home prep checklist that is included in each appointment confirmation email.

Our photographers do not move personal items like toothbrushes, shampoo bottles, or laundry.

Each photo session fee includes a set amount of time on location. It is important that your photographer is able to uphold all of their scheduled appointments throughout the day. Therefore they may not be available to stay past the scheduled session time. Additional on-location session time will be charged at $150 per hour if needed.

The Photo Shoot

Our photographers will do their best to ensure that all significant aspects of the property are photographed unless the condition of said aspect has a negative impact on the property. This shall be left solely up to the photographer’s discretion unless the agent or homeowner requests specific part(s) of the property shot. Your photographer will capture all requested property elements as long as time allows.

Cluttered and small areas such as the garage, small closets, and tornado shelters are not photographed unless the Client gives the Photographer direction otherwise. You can add information you think would help your photographer better prepare for the photo session online when scheduling your appointments.

Pets and Photographer’s Safety

Please help us avoid potential harm to our photographers or damage to their photography gear. All pets must be secured so that it is safe for Photographer to enter the property. Pets must not be allowed to roam the property inside or out freely. Photographer is not liable for the loss of pets due to not being locked up and secure.

Our photographer’s safety is our number one priority. If your photographer feels that the session location is unsafe, they have the right to leave the photo session.

Payment

Payment is due by the day after your photo session appointment. You can pay for your photos online by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. You have the option to pay before your photo session or the day your photos are delivered through a link provided to your email address. You also have the option to create a client account to access your content and payment links anytime. Your appointment confirmation email provides all information regarding payment and client account access.

Reshoots

Partial Reshoots are provided at $75 and include 30 minutes of shoot time and up to 20 images. If you need a full real estate reshoot, we offer a $25 - $75 discount depending on the square footage of the home.

Travel Fees

The base price of photo sessions includes up to 25 miles of travel from our office at 3813 NW 51st St. If the home is outside our service area, a charge of $50 per additional 25 miles will be charged. Our online scheduling system will automatically apply travel fees when you schedule.

Photograph Format and Delivery

Photographs will be delivered digitally in .jpeg format. Photographs will be available for download online for one year, after which a file retrieval fee of $35 will apply to locate and upload your photos.

Licensing Rights and Photo Usage

Each photo session includes licensing rights for one business or person (Client). All images produced may be used by Client for all marketing materials, campaigns associated with the property, and for the Client’s self-promotion. All images are owned and copyrighted by Sarah Strunk Photography. Licensing rights are granted only to the Client and not to any third parties. Other businesses or contractors may purchase licensing rights from Sarah Strunk Photography.

You may not transfer or sell any of the images.

Bad Weather

Photographer reserves the right to postpone Services due to bad weather, including but not limited to rain, tornado threat, or high wind. Client and Photographer may agree to postpone the photo session to a reasonable date in the future in case of inclement weather at no additional charge.
